We are looking for an organized, welcoming, and professional Front Desk Manager to join our team at Caaelum. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience. In addition to customer service, this role will include overseeing sales and operations, ensuring our spa runs smoothly while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Greet and assist clients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor; manage check-ins, appointments, and customer inquiries.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote spa services and packages to clients, driving sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Ensure retail products are effectively displayed and promoted.
Reservations Management: Manage reservations, provide clients with detailed information about services, and ensure efficient scheduling of appointments.
Team Supervision & Training: Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and efficiency.
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to spa policies and procedures.
Client Feedback & Issue Resolution: Handle client feedback, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of guest bookings, sales transactions, and other administrative tasks. Assist with generating reports on sales, occupancy rates, and customer retention.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role (experience in the spa, hospitality, or wellness industry is a plus).
Proven sales experience with the ability to drive revenue through effective promotions and upselling.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high-volume client interactions.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience managing operations or supervising a team.
